Welcome to the Urn Club!

The Urn Club at The Watering Can offers a unique membership for enthusiasts of outdoor floral beauty. Members receive four seasonal outdoor planter inserts annually—spring, summer, autumn, and winter—to enhance their home’s exterior with fresh flowers or plants. These inserts are designed to fit into a favourite urn, ensuring a year-round display of blooms. The club also accommodates those without an urn, selling a variety of suitable outdoor urns in-store. Membership includes exclusive access to a members-only area for choosing the perfect planter insert for one’s home.
 
Please note: With Christmas just around the corner, we will not to send out Urn Club emails to ensure that any gifts purchased remain a surprise. This way, recipients won’t receive any notifications before they’re officially informed of their special gift.

As an Urn Club member, your home will never be without fresh outdoor flowers or plants.

Urn Club members will choose 4 stunning outdoor seasonal planters to drop into their favourite urn four times a year: spring, summer, autumn and winter. Urn club members get exclusive access to our members-only area where you can browse for the perfect insert to match your home. Your annual, four season membership will begin in the season you pickup your first outdoor urn insert.

How do I join?

Are you Urn Less? Don’t worry, if you don’t have your own urn, you can still join the Urn Club. We have a variety of outdoor urns for sale in-store.

Getting Urn Club as a Gift?

Planning on getting the Urn Club as a gift for someone and don’t want them to find out ahead of time? Don’t worry! The recipient will not be notified until the next Urn Club season is just around the corner. (No notifications will be sent before Christmas, we’ll leave the surprise up to you!)

We will make sure no notifications are sent to the gift recipient until it’s time for their first seasonal urn insert. This prevents any premature emails that might otherwise reveal your thoughtful gift.

No urn? No problem! The Watering Can offers a variety of outdoor urns for sale. Anyone can join the Urn Club, even without an existing urn. The urns can also be displayed as is! The Urn Club inserts all come in a Black or Brown container.

The membership begins when the recipient picks up their first seasonal urn insert. The membership will run annually from this start point, ensuring a year-round display of beautiful planters.

It’s a good idea to measure the mouth and depth of the recipient’s urn to ensure the perfect fit. Consider the tapering of the urn as well, as this might mean a smaller or larger insert size is required.

The Urn Club is exclusively available at The Watering Can’s Vineland location.

Yes, you can specify the start of the membership based on when the recipient picks up their first planter. This allows you to time the gift perfectly for occasions like birthdays or holidays.

Each planter is specifically tailored for the season, ensuring variety and appropriateness for the weather. However, the membership limits each planter to one per season.
