Donation & Sponsorship Requests
At The Watering Can Flower Market, we believe in giving back to the communities that support us. We are proud to contribute to organizations and initiatives that make a meaningful difference, with a particular focus on health, education, and science.
Our community involvement has a special emphasis on organizations such as Hospice Niagara and McNally House, whose compassionate work supporting individuals and families through illness and end-of-life care is especially close to our hearts.
While these causes are our primary focus, we recognize that many worthy organizations are doing important work throughout our community.
Donation Request Guidelines
To ensure our contributions have the greatest possible impact, we ask that all applicants review the following guidelines before submitting a request.
- Application Process: All donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted through the online application form below.
- Advance Notice: Requests for event sponsorship or donations must be submitted at least 60 days before the event.
- Annual Limit: We accept one donation or sponsorship request per organization per calendar year.
- Areas of Support: Priority is given to registered charities and initiatives supporting health, education, and science.
- Exclusions: We do not provide donations or sponsorships for personal fundraising events, including stag and does.
- Supporting Documentation: Please provide relevant information about your organization, event, or fundraising initiative to help us evaluate your request.

All donation and sponsorship requests are subject to The Watering Can Flower Market’s discretion. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Due to the volume of requests we receive, only applicants selected for support will be contacted.
By accepting a donation or sponsorship, your organization grants The Watering Can Flower Market permission to use its name and logo for promotional purposes related to our community involvement.
