Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team in a Building Maintenance & Property Upkeep role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and well-kept environment, and is comfortable tackling a variety of day-to-day maintenance tasks both indoors and outdoors. From general property upkeep to light repairs and occasional pick-ups, this role plays an important part in keeping our spaces running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safety of the property and outdoor grounds, including seasonal tasks such as salting and general weather-related upkeep
• Complete light maintenance and handyman tasks such as painting, drilling, assembly, basic carpentry, and minor repairs
• Assist with general building upkeep to ensure facilities remain functional, tidy, and well maintained
• Handle occasional pick-ups and deliveries of products, materials, or supplies as needed
• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organised work environment
• Support additional maintenance, property, and operational tasks as required
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
• Valid Tow Driver Certificate (or willing to acquire one)
• Ability to drive Tractors
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
