The Watering Can in Vineland is a casual and tropical dining establishment surrounded by a lush floral paradise. We are dedicated to offering our guests a fresh and delightful dining experience. We are currently seeking an Experienced Barista/Server to join our team. As a Barista at The Watering Can, you will play a vital role in crafting and serving exceptional coffee and beverages to our guests, enhancing their overall visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages to guests with precision and quality.
• Provide outstanding customer service, offering a warm and welcoming experience to all patrons.
• Collaborate with the pastry team and kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination of orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized coffee station, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and other beverage supplies.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is required.
• A passion for coffee and a desire to create exceptional beverages.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Flexibility in work schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

What You’ll Do: As a Bistro Server, you’ll be the face of our bistro, delivering outstanding service and ensuring that our guests have a delightful dining experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Guest Service:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Guide guests through the menu, offer recommendations, and take orders accurately.
- Table Service:
- Serve food and beverages promptly and in accordance with our high standards.
- Ensure tables are set beautifully and maintained throughout guests’ visits.
- Knowledgeable:
- Familiarize yourself with our menu, including ingredients, preparation, and specials.
- Be ready to answer questions and accommodate special requests.
- Teamwork:
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared to perfection.
- Assist fellow team members to create a seamless dining experience.
- Accuracy and Efficiency:
- Handle payments accurately and efficiently, including processing credit card transactions.

What You’ll Do: As a Plant Care Specialist, your job is to make sure our plants stay happy and healthy. You’ll also help our customers choose the right plants and give them tips on taking care of them.
Main Tasks:
- Taking Care of Plants:

- Look after our plants like they’re your own—water them, give them the right food, and make sure they’re comfy in their pots.

- If any of our plants get sick or buggy, you’ll spot it and help them get better.

- Keep an eye on stuff like how much light and moisture our plants need, and adjust things to keep them happy.
- Helping Customers:

- Be the plant expert! Talk to customers, answer their questions, and help them pick the perfect plant.

- If a customer has a problem with a plant, you’ll have ideas to fix it.
- Making Things Look Good:

- Help set up cool displays of our plants so they look super inviting.

Who We’re Looking For:
